The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a married couple with the victim B (V, 36 years of age).

Around 1:00 on May 30, 2020, the Defendant, at the residence of the Defendant of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building D, and during preparation for going to and out of the country, the Defendant got the victim to have his/her shoulder over the floor by making his/her knife his/her k's knife strong, so that he/she exceeded the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

C. On September 3, 2020, after the institution of public prosecution, the victim's non-application for punishment was submitted to this court.

(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
