A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 07:50 on January 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim C (here, 20 years of age) opened and emitted from the restaurant of “E” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “E”; (b) told the victim to engage in similar rape; and (c) led the victim’s title to the victim’s exclusive space for women in the said toilet by displaying it in arms.

After the victim's end, the defendant continued to capture the victim's neck into his left arms and suppresss the victim's resistance. After the victim's chest, "Seoul Women's chest is different" and "Embrance ....................., the victim's head was taken by drinking." As a result, the defendant raped the victim, and in the process, the victim suffered about two weeks of treatment.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion against the victim F;

A. On January 1, 2014, at around 07:30, the Defendant discovered that the Victim F(s) drinks alcohol in the above restaurant, and that the Victim F(s) is under the influence of alcohol, and that the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and passed as a part of the Victim’s back, and that the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the Victim by inserting the Victim’s right chest by driving the Victim’s right chest on one occasion.

The Defendant committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim F, who committed the noise at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, by opening a door in the toilet women’s exclusive space and pursuing the crime, and committing the crime.
