A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) heard that the victim F (hereinafter “F”) who works in a singing club with a sing club is going to know the studio in which the victim resides; (b) purchased a white straw at a H pharmacy located in Asan-si with a mind to collect the victim’s property on August 19, 2014; and (c) discovered the password of the entrance door of the building with the above studio around 20:00 on the same day.

The Defendant, at around 20:20 on August 20, 2014, was waiting for the victim to enter the building and depart from the mixed house. Accordingly, the defendant tried to take the victim's property by force, but did not commit an attempted crime.
