A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered the Victim F (n, 23 years of age) who gets from a taxi parked on the front of the Ecar Center in front of the Ecar Center; (b) checked the face while driving away from the taxi; (c) checked the victim’s side; and (d) concealed the victim’s residence in the studio parking lot located in the same city where the victim’s residence is located.

At around 02:30 of the same day, the Defendant, within the studio parking lot above the above 02:30 on the same day, led the victim by forcing him between the vehicles parked in a parking lot with approximately 5 meters away from the above 5 meters away from the studio.

In that regard, the defendant tried to see the victim's face at a two-time, and tried to divide the victim's face into two hands to the extent that the victim's face cannot be hidden.

In order to escape from the above defendant's act, the defendant tried to take the victim's face again with the victim's spawn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn's spathn.

As a result, the Defendant got the victim from drinking in a number of times, booming the trees, etc., and put about two weeks of treatment to the victim.
