A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From October 31, 2018 to June 28, 2017, E and F received total of KRW 2,246,880 including repair expenses, and E and F acquired insurance proceeds of KRW 2,685,080 in aggregate by insurance fraud act in collusion with B, E and F, and acquired KRW 28,913,240 in total as insurance proceeds from the victims until October 31, 2018, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
