1. The defendant shall order the plaintiff to conduct appraisal in the attached Form 1 to 8, and 1 among the land size of 1,253 square meters in the city of official residence.
Reasons
1. According to the reasoning of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3, Gap evidence Nos. 2, Eul evidence’s image, appraiser D’s survey and appraisal result, and the whole purport of argument as to the cause of the claim, the plaintiff is the owner of 1,253 square meters in Gongju-si Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the land in this case”). The defendant can recognize the fact that the plaintiff owned 3 square meters in each part of 200 square meters in each of 9,10, 11, 12, and 9 in each of 60 square meters in the table of the attached Table Nos. 1 through 8, and 1 on the land in this case, the appraisal of the land in this case connected with each of 60 square meters in each of the above parts of the land in this case.
According to the above facts, the defendant is deemed to have a duty to remove the above chickens and warehouse and deliver the land of this case to the plaintiff.
2. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant is well-grounded, and this decision is delivered with the assent of all.
