A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

A new card (No. 1) seized shall be returned to the victim B.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who was employed in a restaurant as a delivery service, was willing to arbitrarily consume money collected at the place of delivery without returning it.

A. On October 28, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant, working at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Busan, Daegu, Busan, and embezzled the cash amounting to KRW 308,50,00 in cash at the place of delivery for the sake of the victim, who voluntarily consumed and embezzled the cash amounting to KRW 308,50 in the place of delivery for the sake of the victim.

B. On November 29, 2017, around 12:20 on November 29, 2017, the Defendant, working for the victim G in Busan Northern-gu as “H” restaurant operated by the victim G, and for delivery, embezzled cash and scopic money equivalent to KRW 92,000,000 in the place of delivery, for the victim’s voluntary consumption during his/her business storage.

On December 19, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:00 on December 19, 2017, worked in the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J in Busan, which is located in the Busan, as the delivery source, and embezzled the cash amounting to KRW 269,00,000 in the place of delivery for the sake of the victim.

(d)

On December 15, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:20, worked as the “O” restaurant operated by the victim N in Busan LA M on December 15, 2017, and embezzled cash equivalent to KRW 271,500 in cash and cash equivalent to KRW 30,000 in the name of delivery at the place of delivery, for the victim, he/she voluntarily consumed and embezzled it during his/her business storage.

E. On December 30, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant spent the Victim Qua in Busan East-gu P as delivery, and embezzled the cash amounting to KRW 365,000,000 in the delivery place for the victim’s occupational storage.

2. On January 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained a new visa card lost by the victim B on the street in the front of T-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, with a view to embezzlement.

Defendant 1 obtained the above cards.
