1. The Defendants are with regard to each ratio indicated in the separate sheet among each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. The plaintiff and the defendants are the successors of the non-party network S.

The plaintiff purchased real estate in the attached list of KRW 1.5 million from June 15, 1972 to the son of the deceased S, his father, but failed to complete the registration of ownership transfer.

Therefore, the Defendants were obligated to perform the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the sale of each inherited share, since they succeeded to the inheritance share of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
