Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2010, at around 17:10, the Defendant driven a DNA Lone Star vehicle without a car driver’s license in a section of about 15 km from the front side of the “C” sports hall located in the Gangnam-gun B of Gangwon-do, to the front side of the new intersection located in the right side of the same military.
