1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 170,297,152 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from October 28, 2014 to May 10, 2018.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is the mother of the deceased who died on October 28, 2014 (hereinafter “the deceased”) and is the only heir of the deceased.

The Deceased was suffering from 'plastic disorder' before his birth, and was the disabled of the third degree of mental retardation disorder.

Defendant B is in charge of Taekwondo painting’s trade name “G” (hereinafter “instant sports center”); Defendant C is in charge of the fourth gymnasium in this case; Defendant D is in charge of the principal gymnasium in the foregoing gymnasium; and Defendant E is in charge of the above gymnasium in the foregoing gymna

B. The Deceased was a person who had had Taekwondo from Defendant B at an elementary school or middle school.

From July 5, 2014, Defendant B began with Taekwondo guidance again to correct the deceased’s magnetic disorder symptoms, and wrong habitss, etc. from July 5, 2014. From August 23, 2014, Defendant B had been in a dormitory with the Plaintiff’s permission, and had been in a dormitory with the deceased and the instant gymnasiums.

C. However, Defendant B thought that he could lick the deceased’s magnetic disorder, etc. with physical punishment.
