Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a EXE car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.
On July 9, 2020, at around 00:37, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.168% of blood alcohol concentration. On July 9, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car and driven the three-lane road in front of the D cafeteria in Ulsan Nam-gu C at a speed of about 50km per hour depending on the two-lanes of the above road, with the flow distance from the offline of the Ulsan Library from the offside of the apartment.
