Criminal facts

1. On August 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) used computers to exercise within “D church” under subparagraph (C) of the building B in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) formed a business conference for occupants of B complex shop merchants and set up management expenses at KRW 35,000 or KRW 20,000 on the following site.

“As to the purport that “B resident representative” is to be written at the first bottom of the first chapter by arbitrarily printing the “B resident representative” and by arbitrarily affixing the seal of “B resident representative”, which is the private document concerning the rights and obligations, to obtain the qualification of the representative of the victim B resident representative meeting, which is the private document for the rights and obligations;

2. The Defendant, at the same place at the same day and at the same time with a computer for the same purpose, set up “management expenses (reduction)”, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, by arbitrarily printing “B occupant A” at the bottom of the said section and affixing the said stamp at the same time, to the effect that “B lending occupant management expenses shall be reduced to KRW 30,000 per month, and KRW 20,000 per month,” under which “B lending occupant management expenses shall be reduced to KRW 30,00 per month.”

3. The Defendant, at the Seoul Southern District Court located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, New Month 386, submitted to the person in charge of the above “YU” a private document concerning the rights and duties, which is a private document prepared with the qualification of the representative of the meeting of the victim B, in the lawsuit claiming the unpaid management expenses between the Defendant and the victim, 2015 Ghana 550.
