1. The defendant shall pay 7,150,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 1, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On February 26, 2016, the Plaintiff (formerly named D Co., Ltd.) completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the basis of sale on January 10, 2016 with respect to the land adjacent to Yeongdeungpo-gu E large 592.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant neighboring land”) and the land adjacent to Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, 592.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

The Defendant is operating “G” cafeterias from 2 to 4 floors among the 4th floor buildings on the land of the instant case and the building adjacent to the instant adjacent land of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu.
