1. The defendant shall pay 7,150,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 1, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. On February 26, 2016, the Plaintiff (formerly named D Co., Ltd.) completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the basis of sale on January 10, 2016 with respect to the land adjacent to Yeongdeungpo-gu E large 592.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant neighboring land”) and the land adjacent to Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, 592.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

The Defendant is operating “G” cafeterias from 2 to 4 floors among the 4th floor buildings on the land of the instant case and the building adjacent to the instant adjacent land of the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu.

On February 1, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and the main contents thereof are as follows.

Parking lot lease D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "A") and lessee B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "B") enter into a lease contract on the building owned by "A" under the following conditions:

Article 1 (Lease Agreements)

1. “A” leases the following articles to “B” and “B” leases them:

-Indication of leased articles - The amount of land 592.1 square meters in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Gyeonggi-do;

2. The term “B” shall be used for the purpose of parking lots, and shall not engage in any other business or change of business status.

3. “B” shall not own any right to this property except for the right to use leased property under the terms specified in this Lease Agreement.

Article 2 (Term of Lease)

1. The term of this lease contract is from February 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017.

2. Within one month before the expiration of the term of lease, parties shall express their intent to terminate the contract in writing, and otherwise, if not, it shall be automatically extended for one year under the same conditions as the former one.

Article 3 (Rents)

1. The rent for one month shall be set at a gold million won, and the payment of rent shall be made to “B” by the end of each month.
