Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 2010, the defrauded stated to the effect that “A” office located in Busan, Jin-gu, Busan, would provide the victim D with the principal and interest within one week if he/she lends tobacco transport expenses to the victim for the domestic tobacco business.”
However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he used it for tobacco transport and did not have the intention or ability to pay the principal and interest as agreed.
Nevertheless, on June 25, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement as above, and received KRW 10 million from the victim to the F Association account in the name of E used by the Defendant on or around June 25, 2010.

2. Forgery of private documents, uttering of falsified investigative documents - Documents in the G name;
A. On February 2013, the Defendant forged one copy of G’s real estate sales contract in the name of G, a private document concerning rights and obligations, in the form of a real estate sales contract printed upon request from the J, who is an employee, at the office of “I” located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the seller, the seller of Busan Dong-gu L, the buyer, the buyer, the M/M in the Busan City, and the G seal held in advance on February 10, 2013, for the purpose of exercising the right and duties.
