A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2016, at around 10:50 on June 2, 2016, the Defendant was driving a B Poter Cargo and driving a three-lane road in the city of Ansan-si in the direction of the Ansan Sewage Treatment Station in the direction of the Osan-si.

Since the place was a blind-distance intersection where the red signal was installed, the driver had a duty of care to prevent accidents with other vehicles by stopping the vehicle before the intersection and careing the front-distance well.

Nevertheless, without stopping in violation of the signal, the Defendant was negligent by entering the intersection as it is, and instead, did not stop on the right side of the above vehicle from the right side to the left side, and received the front part of the Esch Rexton car driving by the victim D.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
