A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.
The number of detention days prior to the pronouncement of this judgment shall be sentenced to the above imprisonment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 2, 2020, the Defendant stolen property worth KRW 21,398,000 in total on 25 occasions from around the following day to April 21, 2020, including 120,000, the sum of the market prices stored in the rest of “G” under the victim’s ownership, which was parked without being equipped with a correction device, at the parking lot adjacent to the E Park, located in D, where there was no other correction device.
2. On April 21, 2020, the Defendant of the unlawful use of air defense, or the unlawful use air defense event was removed from a motor bicycle installed on the motor bicycle owned by the J, which was stolen at the same date and at the same place No. 24 of the list of crimes in paragraph (1) in front of the sports ground located at H on April 17:40, 202, by using the motor tag prepared in advance, which was attached to the motor bicycle owned by the J, at the same time and place as the list No. 25 of the crimes in paragraph (1), and used the motor bicycle owned by the J, which was attached to the motor bicycle that was stolen at the same time and place as the list No. 25 of crimes in paragraph (1), and was affixed to the motor bicycle owned by the said J in the same manner and applied the number plate on April 21, 2020 to 17:40 to 18:00.
Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally for the purpose of exercising the right, and exercised the illegally used air defense.
3. On April 21, 2020, the Defendant driving a motorcycle owned by J, which was stolen at the same time and at the same place as the list No. 24, set forth in paragraph (1), without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license from the direction of the pre-road in the city N on April 16, 2020 to the pre-road of the same city.
