1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 220,960,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 9, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. On November 1, 2016, the Plaintiff concluded the said construction on December 5, 2016, after receiving a contract from the Defendant for the 61,600,000 won for the interior works of the building in Gyeyang-si. On January 20, 2017, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract with the Defendant for KRW 39,960,00 in the price for the DNA Hospital in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and completed the said construction on April 10, 2017.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 220,960,000 won (=61,60,000 won for interior works in B building - 30,000,000 won for interior works in D Hospital Hospital Hospital Hospital (399,960,000 won for the said construction work) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 9, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case, to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted with due cause, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
