1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 7, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

As to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for construction works with the term “the steel frame construction work among the new construction works” at KRW 330,00,000, and completed the said construction works, and the fact that the payment of the construction work at present was 30,000,000 does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the construction cost of KRW 30,000,000 and the damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 7, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case.
