1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,736,719 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 24, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. On February 20, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, on February 20, 2014, domination and repair work of the C Clothing Sales Site B located in Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “instant construction work”).

(2) As to the construction period, from February 26, 2014 to March 22, 2014, the construction cost shall be KRW 97,800,00. The said construction cost shall be KRW 30,000,000 on February 28, 2014; KRW 20,000,000 on April 30, 2014; and KRW 20,000,000 on May 30, 2014; and KRW 27,80,000,000 on June 30, 2014; and KRW 97,80,000 on the construction cost; and the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction work including the value-added tax on the Defendant by February 26, 2014; and the said construction cost shall be included in the construction cost under the construction contract to the Defendant by March 22, 2014; and

3) On June 10, 2014, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 37,00,000,000, KRW 17,000,000 on July 4, 2014, and KRW 10,000,00 on July 25, 2014, and on July 23, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 30,000,000 to the Plaintiff on July 23, 2015, which was the date the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit, up to KRW 37,00,00,000 paid to the Plaintiff by July 25, 2014, KRW 37,00,000, KRW 300,000 paid by the Defendant to the principal of construction, KRW 30,000,000, KRW 30,000,000 on the remainder of the principal payment period, KRW 15,205,00,005,088.

The ground for recognition of the annual interest rate of 37,580,00 won for delay damages for the number of days at the expiration of the period of the commencement of the principal term of 37,580,00 won on August 1, 2014, as the total amount of KRW 1,7916% 1,797,662 won on May 18, 2015, 37,580,000 won on May 19, 2015, as the aggregate of KRW 1,359,057 won on July 23, 2015, 3,15,156,719 won on July 23, 2015: The evidence set forth in subparagraphs A and 4.
