A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Injury;

A. The Defendant injured the victim B was a suspect for the obstruction of business, which occurred in C, operated by the victim B (the age of 36), and was asked to be present at the Seocheon Police Station. As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim G and the vertebrate part in spine for about two weeks of medical treatment, and the victim H had the shoulder and the arms in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On May 11, 2014, the Defendant violates the Road Traffic Act (driving) from the roads in front of the community hall located in the Seocheon-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do to the same Gun F, around 7:08.
