1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants are the parties. 1) The Defendants are Jsan-si and Jinwon located in Asan-si I (hereinafter “Jinwon”).

(2) The deceased K (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) was born from the J Council members to the G Council, and was transferred to the G University Hospital located in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “Sacheon-gu Hospital”) and died.

Plaintiff

A (Korean Name: B) The father and the plaintiff C (Korean Name: D. hereinafter referred to as "D") of the deceased are the mother of the deceased.

B. (1) On January 14, 2014, Plaintiff D was diagnosed as a normal range at the J’s Council on the birth of the deceased child. (2) On March 17, 2014, Plaintiff D was diagnosed as a child’s blood pressure and fetus heart to be a normal range. (3) On March 17, 2014, Plaintiff D was examined as an unborn Non-Lats TW (NS) for only the part of the deceased child, and was hospitalized for only the part around 22:00 on the same day. As a result of the examination, Plaintiff D was hospitalized for only the part on the same day.

Until then, the depth of the deceased was within the range of normal range between 120 to 160 times per minute.

3) At the direction of Defendant E, a doctor in charge, the J medical team began to administer the Rotototo (the drugs that induce the Plaintiff to grow to go to the Plaintiff. 4) At around L 13:50, J’s medical team conducted a non-fatopic test on Plaintiff D and conducted a non-fapic test on Plaintiff D in order to identify the cause and condition of the delayed portion, such as that the opening of the landscape of Plaintiff D’s own womb does not normally proceed, and the state of the fetus was delayed, around 14:50 on the same day.

J Medical professionals confirmed the balm of fetus at intervals of about 30 minutes from 13:14 to 16:30 on the same day through monitoring.

As a result, the plaintiff D did not appear to have any sign that it is necessary to take measures, such as an emergency dynasium operation.

5 The 5 J medical team is natural part of Plaintiff D, despite the Rotototoo's administration.
