1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 80,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 27, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On March 24, 2014, the Plaintiff sold a melting machine to the Defendants. Since then, the Plaintiff drafted a written agreement on the payment of the purchase price to be paid by the Defendants not later than May 31, 2015 for KRW 80 million in the balance of the purchase price.
B. However, since the Defendants did not pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 80 million, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff KRW 80 million and its delay damages.
2. Judgment on deemed confessions by applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act);
