1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 30, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

On October 8, 2013, the Plaintiff lent KRW 300 million to the Defendants for business transaction at “A” jointly operated by the Defendants. The Defendants drafted a notarial deed No. 1994 of the 2013 No. 194 of the 2013 No. 1993, which is the payee, issuer, Defendants, and promissory notes with face value KRW 300 million from the Defendants.

In respect to Defendant A and B of applicable provisions of law: Each judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) against Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
