Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice, and no medical person shall perform any medical practice other than that licensed.

Nevertheless, at around 17:00 on September 6, 2016, the Defendant made a door to the right-hand arms of Gangdong-gu B (17 Does, South) that had been found as a customer.

In this respect, the defendant did not grant a license.
