1. Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with S.

2. A motorcycle driver's license for the Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) is granted from the front side of the sexual high school located in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Gangseo-gu 21-gil 20, to the dwelling of the Defendant on November 15, 2013 to about 6.5 kilometers.
