Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:05 on July 31, 2020, the Defendant received 112 report from the police officer of the Ansan Police Station C commander of the Ansan Police Station C commander of the Ansan Police Station who called out after having the Defendant under the influence of alcohol on the front side of the Yasan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and had the Defendant take a bath to the citizens and act on the road, and had the Defendant take an action on the road, and assaulted the above D's clothes and face by drinking.
