A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:00 on June 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) listened to the victim C (at the house of 19 years of age) located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul building B, 2205; (b) the victim’s words “wraping” from the victim; (c) use the knife (the total length of 34 cm, the knife length of the knife 20 cm) in the kitchen, which is a dangerous object in the kitchen, in the kitchen, at the same place; and (d) intimidation the victim by stating that “Is the knife and knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knif knife knife knif knif knif.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. On June 12, 2016, at around 06:00, the Defendant damaged the property of the victim by leaving one 5S-phone (200,000) at the victim’s hand, which was the victim’s hand, on the ground that the victim C marks his/her photograph at the above place.
