A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against the Victim C (special indecent act by compulsion) at night, carried a string, white lock, bags, and examination-style vinyl paper in a temporary space with the mind of committing the crime against women returning home late at night.

On June 6, 2013, at around 00:05, the Defendant discovered the victim C (the age of 23) at the bus stops near the E-middle School located in Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on June 6, 2013, and followed up about 200 meters to approximately 200 meters, the Defendant 2nd floor stairs of the F apartment 2nd floor.
