Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (personal information leakage, etc.) was provided with the following personal information, which is a personal information of another person, necessary for the establishment of a “Korea Game” account, from B, which was known to the first police officer on August 2013, 201:

Accordingly, the defendant is a tangible and intangible result obtained through the use of game products.
