Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C and III cargo vehicles.

On February 13, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo at the intersection of the subordinate month in the south of the last month at the Jeju Island, and operated it to the right turn from the sternal high school.

Ultimately, Defendant D (30 years of age, south) who was on board the said car due to the above occupational negligence in need of approximately 4 weeks medical treatment for the victim D (5 years of age, south) who was on board the said car, was in need of approximately 6 weeks of treatment; Defendant F (56 years of age, south) of the said car for the East F (56 years of age) for approximately 6 weeks of treatment; Defendant G (25 years of age, south), for the same passenger G (25 years of age, south), for the same passenger H (26 years of age, and for the same passenger H (5 years of age, 55 years of age), for the same passenger I (6 years of age, 6 years of age, and for the same passenger's left-hand side); for the same passenger I (6 years of age, 15 years of age, 6 years of age, and for the same passenger's body required for treatment; for the remaining passenger G (6 years of age, 15 years of age, 6 years of age, etc.).
