Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant and the Victim C are members of the D Association, and the Defendant was the victim C’s “E (hereinafter “F”) member,” which is “E (hereinafter “F”), in connection with the election of the president of the D Association, the victim supported the G candidate, and the Defendant, while supporting the H candidate, left the said car page and made another car page with the same reduction end as “I”.
The above H was elected as the president of the D Association in 2008, but the invalidation of the election in 2010 is finalized, and the above G was elected as the president of the D Association on January 15, 2013 and is currently elected as the president of the D Association.
