1. The plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants’ relationship 1) The Plaintiff is the Defendant C Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) from June 2013 to June 2016.
Defendant B served as the president, and the next president who will be held as a candidate for the election of the president on July 23, 2016. On July 1, 2016, the Plaintiff sent the Plaintiff as a vice president for the election of the president of the Defendant Association, which was held on July 23, 2016. In order to select the president of the Defendant Association, the Plaintiff would be actively supported. 2. In the event that Defendant B is elected as the president, the Plaintiff would be appointed as the chief vice president for the term of office, and the Plaintiff would have overall control over the revenues, expenditures, administrative affairs, and all other affairs of the Defendant Association. 4. The organization of the executives to be held as the president shall be formed with the agreement of the Plaintiff. 5. The Plaintiff shall be appointed as the representative of the instant Defendant Association for the smooth business of the secretariat of the Defendant Association. From July 1, 2016, Defendant B, as to July 28, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff would be liable for mental damage and damage 201.7.
(3) Defendant B was elected as the president of the Defendant Association at the general meeting held on July 23, 2016 by the Defendant Association. The Defendant Association decided to delegate the appointment of executive officers to Defendant B at the above general meeting, and Defendant B appointed the Plaintiff as the chief vice-chairperson.
