A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on March 28, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 5, 2012, and is currently under probation.

1. At around 11:00 on March 5, 2013, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance, such as, without any reason, breathing the victim D (n, 44 years of age) who is the nurse of the above hospital, and without any reason, expressed that the victim E (n, e, the nurse of the above hospital) (i.g., the nurse of the above hospital) was “hinging to take a bath.” The Defendant said victim E (n, e, the age of 26) was “hing to take a bath.”
