Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants B and A are in violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) between Defendant B and Defendant A living together prior to about 10 years.

B From around 2009, from around the first floor of the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul F Building, a commercial commercial sex acts business establishment, “G” was operated, and around January 21, 2013, the name of the lessee of the above “G” was changed in the name of the Defendant A, and the Defendants jointly operated the above business establishment from that time.

At around 23:00 on March 9, 2013, the Defendants conspired to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. from July 5, 2012 to June 11, 2014 (Defendant A was from January 21, 2013 to June 11, 2014).

2. Defendant C’s violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) around 23:00 on March 9, 2013, the Defendant settled KRW 110,00 from “G” on the first floor of the Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building by credit card, and carried out similar intercourses by which female employees in the name of the Defendant in his/her own hands, and carried out sexual traffic at the above establishment over 8 times from September 21, 2009 to March 9, 2013, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
