A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the support of Suwon Fagwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 5, 2016.

On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the victim E, a customer who visited the place, who visited the place, and received a letter of credit card (credit number: F) from the victim’s national bank, and became aware of the card password; and (b) became aware of the card password number on March 13, 2017, the victim, who was drunk, was 530,000 from the five-story of the same building.

1. In intrusion into the room and theft of the physical card, the Defendant stolen the above physical card and stolen it to have withdrawn the money deposited into the account. On March 13, 2017, around 09:50, the Defendant opened an unrecied visit and intruded into the telecom room at around 530, the victim was locked, and then cut off with one copy of the above national bank physical card, which is the victim’s possession on the table.

On March 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) posted a cash withdrawal card, which was installed in front of “I” located in Ansan-si, a member of the National Bank of Korea (hereinafter “I”); (b) entered the card password, which was known as above, and then withdrawn KRW 300,000 in cash without the victim’s permission; and (c) withdrawn the cash amount of KRW 1.8 million in total at least six times from that time until November 29 of the same day, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen a total of KRW 1.8 million on six occasions, which is owned by the manager of the cash payment machine.
