A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM3 car.
On January 28, 2015, at around 18:35, the Defendant proceeded with two-lane roads leading to Dwebow C in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to the 31-40km forest of North Seoul.
