Punishment of the crime

Around 02:15 on July 23, 2016, the Defendant “C” restaurant located in Ulsannam-gu B, Ulsan-gu, 112, and called “C” was sent to the police officer’s body by the slope E belonging to the D District of the Ulsannam Police Station D, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and F, upon reporting 112, in order to have the Defendant come home and come home to his face, and took off his son’s own desire to have the Defendant come home, and carried out his son’s body.

As such, the Defendant assaulted police officers, thereby obstructing police officers from performing their legitimate duties regarding the dispatch of 112 reported police officers.
