1. The plaintiff, the defendant A, the defendant Gap 37,229,024 won, and the defendant Han Korean Commercial Damage Insurance Co., Ltd., together with the defendant Gap, 29.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. B was the owner of a pent, house, or warehouse in the South-Namn Navy C, and around June 10, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with the Insured on June 3, 2019 between June 3, 2014 and June 3, 2019; the insured on the subject matter of the insurance as a pent, pent, house, household appliances within a house, and warehouse (consumed amount: KRW 90,00,000,000 for household appliances within a pent and pentn, KRW 100,000,000,000 for household appliances within a pent and pentn).

On August 29, 2015, from around 16:30 to 16:50, a fire was caused by electrical factors in a material storage in a F trillion won yard, and the said material storage became a complete storage, and a fire accident was caused by a fire that partially destroyed the instant penture and the instant house.
