A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence of seizure 12 through 19 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mept Ampha (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) of a local mental medicine as follows:

The Defendant, together with H (the Republic of Korea, ID: “J” and K, intended to sell phiphones in the Republic of Korea, and subsequently, H was responsible for procuring phiphones and in contact with each receiver to coordinate transaction terms and conditions, etc., and the Defendant and K: (a) concealed phiphones by subdividing phiphones received from H according to H’s instructions; and (b) sent the photographs of the relevant place to H, upon delivery by H to the buyer, by sending them to the buyer; and (c) selling phiphones by taking the role of collecting phiphones and remitting the sales proceeds.

The Defendant: (a) on November 10, 201, to November 15, 2015, sent a philophone at the M lending parking lot used by the Defendant and K as his residence in the Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheong-si; (b) on the one hand, sent a philophone from H the contact to H, the Defendant corrected approximately 220g of the philophone’s in size.

2. On November 29, 2017, at around 16:00, the Defendant put approximately 15g of opon into a white tape in distribution of the first floor of a house located in the Chungcheongbuk-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si, and around 17:00 on the same day, put approximately 30g of oponon into a white tape in distribution of the first floor of a house located in the office located in a reasonable area of the Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si, Chungcheong-si.

However, K tried to take the sales proceeds of the same day was arrested by the police officers of the Seoul Regional Police Agency, and did not commit an attempted crime.
