A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 01:00 on June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put in a single-use injection machine; (b) 0.5g of psychotropic drugs purchased by male and female-friendly job offering C from D; and (c) dilution with a single-use injection machine; and (d) dilution with a single-use therapy; and (b) administered chophones by means of injecting them into a human blood cell.

2. At around 20:00 on September 12, 2018, the Defendant administered a philopon in the Etel F of the petition-gu Etel at the Cheongju-si, and administered the philopon in a way that wraps it on the coffee.
