Punishment of the crime

On July 2016, the Defendant was issued KRW 50 million in cash under the pretext of requesting delivery to the E Mayor, while driving a learning vehicle near the D office operated by C, which is operated by C, with the boarding of C, upon the request of C to obtain permission for construction of money located in the F located in the E city, upon request of the E Mayor.
