Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by: (a) having the victim D in Chuncheon City around 19:45, in a “E” restaurant operated by the victim D; and (b) having the victim d, fluencing the disturbance without any justifiable reason, string up two studs in the market price, which is the victim’s possession, by cutting off the brush, and cutting off the brub into the ground of brush; and (c) having the brush cut down.

2. On December 22, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties at the above restaurant: “Around December 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the police officer’s lawful performance of duties concerning the handling of reporting duties by the police officer, by assaulting the police officer’s 112 report by assaulting him/her, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving a 112 report, to ask him/her questions about the process of smoking the disturbance.”
