1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

Basic Facts

1) As to the land of this case and the remaining land, the deceased J (hereinafter referred to as the “J”) shall be limited to the following:

(A) On May 23, 1979, the land is 915 square meters (hereinafter “the land before the instant partition”).

On the other hand, when specifying land below, the part "K in the south-si" is the same, and the description is omitted.

(2) On June 5, 1980, J purchased and completed the registration of transfer of ownership on May 24, 1979. 2) On June 3, 1980, J applied for the partition of the land prior to the instant subdivision. Accordingly, on June 5, 1980, the land prior to the instant subdivision was divided into ① 203 square meters of land prior to the instant subdivision (hereinafter “instant land”), ② 119 square meters of land, ② 19 square meters of land, ③ 99 square meters of land, ④ 99 square meters of land, ④ 99 square meters of land for NT, ⑤ 99 square meters of land for P-type, ④ 99 square meters of land for QT miscellaneous land, and ④ 99 square meters of land for R-type land, respectively.

3) The J shall apply the above L/R land except for the instant land among the land divided as above (hereinafter “the instant land”).

(2) On the 1st day of the 1st day of the 1st day of the disposal date and completed the registration of ownership transfer. Meanwhile, on the 1st day of the 2nd day of the 1st day of the 1st day of the 1st day of the disposal date, the land category was changed from “miscellaneous land” to “site,” and all of the remaining lands of this case were constructed.
