1. Defendant D and Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. jointly share KRW 13,498,031 to Plaintiff A and Defendant D with regard thereto.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. G and H were co-owners of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building (the first floor and the second-class neighborhood living facilities with the eighth floor above the ground, hereinafter “instant building”).
B. On December 7, 2010, Plaintiff A leased the instant building 606 from G and H (hereinafter “the instant lessors”) to December 11, 201 from the delivery date of the lease term (from December 12, 2010) to December 11, 201, and thereafter, the said security deposit was paid around that time.
C. On January 22, 2011, Plaintiff B leased the instant building 407 from the instant lessor as a broker of Defendant E to the end of February 25, 2012 from the delivery date of the lease term (from February 26, 2011) to KRW 52 million, and the said security deposit was paid around that time.

C On September 22, 2012, as a broker of Defendant F, leased the instant building 207 units of the instant building from the lessor during the period from September 22, 2012 to September 22, 2014, setting the lease period of KRW 45 million from the delivery date (from September 23, 2012) to the delivery date (from September 23, 2012) to KRW 45 million, and thereafter,
E. Meanwhile, the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) on the other hand, on December 1, 2010, between the insurance period and Defendant D, from December 1, 2010 to April 25, 201, between May 11, 2010 and the insurance period, from May 11, 2010 to May 10, 2011, between Defendant E and the insurance period, from May 10 to May 10, 201, between Defendant F and the insurance period, from September 15, 2012 to September 14, 2013 (the renewed by September 25, 2014 to September 25, 2014) each of the Defendant D, E, F, and Licensed Real Estate Agents’s Business Affairs and Real Estate Agents’s Report Act (amended by Act No. 12837, Dec. 13, 2014).
F. The instant building is Class 2.
