1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,828,714 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 11, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff is a company that runs wholesale and retail business, etc. of construction materials in the territory of the Republic of Korea in Jeju-si, and the Defendant is a company that runs wholesale and retail business of construction materials in the territory of Seopo-si, Seopo-si.

B. From July 6, 2017 to July 30, 2018, the Plaintiff supplied the building materials to the Defendant, and the remaining price of the goods remains in KRW 33,828,714.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining amount of KRW 33,828,714 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
