Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an injury, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on November 22, 2009, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on November 22, 2009.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. (3) 피고인은 2012. 9. 초순 23:00경 위 식당에서 혼자 술을 마시다가 갑자기 탁자를 내리 치면서 “내가 천하의 A이다, A를 뭘로 보냐 ”라고 하면서 소리를 지르고, 그곳에 있던 손님을 때려 싸우는 등 20분 동안 소란을 피워 피해자의 식당 운영 업무를...
