A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The seized KON shall be confiscated, one (No. 8), one hand, etc. (No. 9).

Punishment of the crime

On January 12, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the detention house on October 27, 2012.

1. Special larceny;

A. On June 11, 2013, around 04:45, the Defendant: (a) went to the Buildings C in Maan-gu, Mayang-si; and (b) the “E” operated by the victim D with the first floor; (c) intruded the lock door of the lock door several times by hand; and (d) invaded the lock door on the lock door, with the cash amount of KRW 50,000,000 owned by the victim located within the Kashter’s safe.

B. On July 5, 2013, at around 03:59, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the cash of KRW 3.50,000,000 owned by the victim G in Ansan-gu, Annyang-si, the Defendant: (b) worn the wall and the make, worn the glass door, cut off in hand several times; and (c) invaded the lock door door on the top; and (d) stolen the cash of KRW 3.50,00,000,000,000,000 won.

C. On July 9, 2013, around 04:55, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with KRW 2.10,000 in cash owned by the victim-owned bank of the Republic of Korea; (b) on July 9, 2013, the Defendant: (c) carried out a building I in the Manan-gu Office; and (d) KK operated by the victim JJ on the first floor; (c) worn out the locks and makes in advance; and (d) intruded the lock door several times by hand; and (d) intruded the lock door of the entrance in order

2. Around 05:40 on June 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim M on the second floor of the L Building in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, with the entrance door opened by the victim M; and (b) stolen the victim’s cash owned by the Defendant, with the 300,000 won.

3. On June 14, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 05:50, and around 14, 2013, at the beauty art room operated by the Victim P located in Mayang-gu O, Anyang-si, Mayang-si, and opened glass doors several times in his/her hand; and (b) the locking devices of the entrance are behind the order.
