A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 6, 2016, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) around 23:35, in front of the police box located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, the Defendant: (b) took a bath while under the influence of alcohol to D and E, a captain, who was the Defendant’s wife, who consulted the domestic violence of the Defendant; and (c) taken the c police officer F, etc. of the said police box out of the police box, took the Defendant’s speech and show it out of the police box, and corrected the entrance; (d) 30 minutes of the entrance, the Defendant scamed or scamed by taking a large voice before the entrance box, and scamed by cutting the entrance.
