1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 7,181,818; (b) Plaintiff D, E, B, and C respectively; and (c) KRW 2,454,545; and (b) each of them on December 20, 2011.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the husband of the deceased G (hereinafter “the deceased”), and the Plaintiff D, E, B, and C are the children of the deceased.
B) The Defendant is the I Hospital located in G in Kim Jong-si (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).
(2) On December 5, 2011, the Deceased was hospitalized to the Defendant Hospital on December 5, 201. At the time of hospitalization, the Deceased was hospitalized to treat dysium. At the time of hospitalization, the blood pressure was 130/70mHgs, beer and bee 20/minutes, and the respiratory was 36.5ms. The Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel conducted dysium to the Deceased on December 6, 2011, which was the following day of hospitalization. (B) While the Deceased’s dysium was frying, hysing or gathering his body body, it was 10/70mHgs, and hysium was 20/40,00, and the Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel took part in the Defendant Hospital’s dys treatment program, etc., or received the Defendant Hospital’s dys treatment.
C) From December 7, 2011 to December 16, 2011, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital measured the condition of the Deceased, or did not conduct a physical examination, etc. (d) around 10:00 on December 16, 201, the Deceased appealed to the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital. On December 17, 2011, the following day, on December 10:0, 201, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital appealed back to the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital. As a result, the medical personnel of the hospital measured the condition of the Deceased, and as a result, the blood pressure of the Deceased measured 90/60mHg, the beer number of 80/minutes, the respiratory water was 20/minutes, and the body temperature was 36.3 x.
Since then, from 14:30 on the same day, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital injects the deceased with the number of 1 liter of biochemical infections, and did not conduct any other additional inspection.
E. The Deceased, around 07:00 on December 18, 201, at 07:0, blood pressure was 120/70m Hgg, beer water was 61/minutes, respiratory water was 20/minutes, and 36°V was 36.
After 23:00 on the same day, the deceased is satisfying to the medical staff of the defendant hospital.
