A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:40 on August 11, 2019, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) at “C” located in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun; (b) the police officer called out upon receiving a report on the state revocation column “a person who would pay the drinking value and go at the house”; (c) the Defendant was moving out of the convenience store to the outside of the convenience store; (d) the Defendant was carrying out the direction on the right side of the patrol vehicle 112, which was stopped ahead of the convenience store while carrying out the direction on the right side of the patrol vehicle; and (d) the Defendant was able to carry out the repair cost amounting to KRW 160,00,000,000, such as repair order, etc. by putting the right side side part of the direction direction, etc. one time.

2. 계속하여 피고인은 같은 날 17:45경 순찰차를 타고 전남 구례군 I에 있는 자신의 집에 이르러 위 H 및 G파출소 소속 경찰관인 경위 J, K, 경장 L이 자신을 진정시키려 하자 갑자기 부엌으로 달려가 위험한 물건인 부엌칼(총 길이 34cm , 칼날길이 20cm)을 들고나와 ‘개새끼들 내가 뭘 잘못했어, 다 죽여버릴거야’라고 말하며 약 10분간 출동 경찰관인 H, J, K, L을 쫓아다니면서 부엌칼을 휘둘러 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties on the handling of reports and the suppression of crime, including H and three police officers, and 112.
